"The National Work Zone Memorial – Respect and Remembrance: Reflections of Life on the Road” program honors roadway workers, drivers, passengers, pedestrians, police officers and first responders killed in work zone incidents. Inscribed with more than 1,600 names as a tribute to fallen roadway workers, the Memorial winds its way throughout the country each year to raise public awareness about the need to respect America’s roadway work zones and stay safe.

Hosted in the ATSSA Pavilion #1720 during Convention & Traffic Expo, attendees are invited to pay their respects to the traveling tribute. An added feature for this year is an updated design that will offer a renewed experience.
The physical Memorial is available to ATSSA member companies and chapters for display at work zone awareness events and educational forums. A virtual Memorial is also available for your next virtual or in-person event.
