"The National Work Zone Memorial – Respect and Remembrance: Reflections of Life on the Road” program honors roadway workers, drivers, passengers, pedestrians, police officers and first responders killed in work zone incidents. Inscribed with more than 1,600 names as a tribute to fallen roadway workers, the Memorial winds its way throughout the country each year to raise public awareness about the need to respect America’s roadway work zones and stay safe.

National Work Zone Memorial
Visit the ATSSA Pavilion in Phoenix to pay your respects to the fallen people inscribed on the Memorial.

The physical Memorial is available to ATSSA member companies and chapters for display at work zone awareness events and educational forums. A virtual Memorial is also available for your next virtual or in-person event. The names submitted for inclusion in 2022 will be honored during the General Session.
