- Saturday, March 1 - Committee & Council Meetings Day
- Sunday, March 2 - Education Day, Traffic Expo Sneak Preview Party with refreshments and DJ (free, open to all)
- Monday, March 3 - General Session, Traffic Expo Grand Opening with lunch, Micro Sessions on the exhibit floor, NPRO Tour, Awards Reception at ATSSA Pavilion, demos at the Safety Activation area, evening PAC and YIP Receptions
- Tuesday, March 4 - Circle of Innovation, Traffic Expo open with brunch, Micro Sessions on the exhibit floor, Work Zone Safety Device Demonstrations, Member Appreciation Reception
