CONSENT FOR USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES?
By participating ATSSA’s Annual Convention & Traffic Expo you grant permission to record and/or photograph your participation. It also grants ATSSA permission to use these images in future publication and promotions.
I received an email solicitation to purchase the ATSSA Annual Convention attendee mailing list. Is my information being sold?
ATSSA does not share the email addresses of Annual Meeting attendees. Anyone (other than ATSSA) who claims to have such a list is acting without ATSSA's participation or approval. ATSSA has no reason to believe any such list would represent the actual Annual Meeting attendee list. ATSSA recommends that you do not click on any links in the email and that you delete it immediately. ATSSA also recommends that you do not request to be removed from the mailing list as that likely would confirm to the sender that your email address is valid and thus may result in additional solicitations.
when are exhibit sales open?
Public exhibit booth sales for 2026 are now open! Early bird rates end July 7. Contact ATSSA Sales with questions.
Children under 16 years of age will not be permitted entry to the exhibit hall under any circumstances. No exceptions.

Will scholarships for public agency officials be made available?
ATSSA typically offers scholarships to public agency officials, department of transportation (DOT) employees or new engineers to attend the event. The 2026 application period is not yet open. If you apply for a scholarship, DO NOT REGISTER until you have received your application decision. Additional information is available on the Public Agency Officials webpage.
Who is the exhibitor services provider?
T3 Expo is ATSSA's official exhibitor services contractor for the 2026 Convention & Traffic Expo.
How can I support The atss foundation during convention?
The ATSS Foundation is the non-profit charitable arm of ATSSA, which promotes roadway safety awareness. The highly-popular Sporting Clays Event and the Golf Classic Tournament are held in conjunction with the Convention & Traffic Expo. The National Work Zone Memorial is also displayed with the ATSSA booth during Traffic Expo.
