CONSENT FOR USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES?
By participating ATSSA’s Annual Convention & Traffic Expo you grant permission to record and/or photograph your participation. It also grants ATSSA permission to use these images in future publication and promotions.
I received an email solicitation to purchase the ATSSA Annual Convention attendee mailing list. Is my information being sold?
ATSSA does not share the email addresses of Annual Meeting attendees. Anyone (other than ATSSA) who claims to have such a list is acting without ATSSA's participation or approval. ATSSA has no reason to believe any such list would represent the actual Annual Meeting attendee list. ATSSA recommends that you do not click on any links in the email and that you delete it immediately. ATSSA also recommends that you do not request to be removed from the mailing list as that likely would confirm to the sender that your email address is valid and thus may result in additional solicitations.
Can I obtain a list of attendees/organizations?
The list of those opted-in is available to exhibitors and sponsors only. It will be added at the end of the show in the Exhibitor Service Center.
Can I attend the meetings and not the exhibits?
If you are a member of a committee, yes (Saturday only); for Education Day you still need to register to attend.
Who do I talk to if I have questions about member pricing?
You can email [email protected] or stop by ATSSA’s Pavilion onsite.
Will scholarships for public agency officials be made available?
ATSSA is proud to offer more than 150 scholarships to public agency officials, department of transportation (DOT) employees or new engineers to attend the event. The 2026 application period closed Aug. 29. If you apply for a scholarship, DO NOT REGISTER until you have received your application decision after Sept. 16. Additional information and the online application is available on the Public Agency Officials webpage.
Is there an event mobile app?
