Housing & Travel in ORLANDO

ATSSA works with a selection of hotels in Orlando to provide discounted rates to attendees for the 2025 Convention & Traffic Expo. JEMS Hospitality Group is our official housing provider. If you reserved housing before the closing date, you may still register and gain access discount registration rates with your Hotel Confirmation Code.

Bus transportation is provided to the Convention Center Saturday-Tuesday every 15-20 minutes around event hours for attendees staying at Hilton Orlando.

Airport & Transportation

The Orlando International Airport (MCO) (1 Jeff Fuqua Blvd, Orlando, FL 32827) is approximately 15-20 minutes by car from the Orange County Convention Center (9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819).
Transportation options from the airport include taxi services, shuttle vans, public transit options, and ride share companies like Uber or Lyft. Car and vehicle rentals from a variety of companies are also available.
