New or First Time Exhibiting Companies - New or first time exhibitors at ATSSA's Convention & Traffic Expo will learn all about this premier roadway safety industry trade show in the U.S. The ATSSA Meetings & Convention Team will cover the show mission, new event schedule, registration and housing; the sales team at Wyman will review parts of the exhibit contract and payment deadlines, plus go over sponsorship opportunities; and T3, the official services contractor, will cover the exhibitor kit, customer service resources and load in/out policies.

Suitcasing is prohibited at any time within the convention center, including all expo areas, meeting rooms, hospitality suites, or other event-related spaces. Individuals or companies found engaging in suitcasing will be asked to stop immediately, remove themselves and their materials from the premises, and may face additional penalties at the discretion of ATSSA.
